1-2-1 Training

Rewrite the way you think about exercise and the gym by training with me.

If you’re looking to get on the right track with your training, one to one sessions are the best way to get started.

It's always best to meet face to face so that we can have an initial consultation to establish how we can best work together. I’ll be looking to understand your lifestyle, your experience and your goals.

The second stage of our journey is to come in for a movement analysis and initial assessment. This gives me a chance to see how your body moves within the fundamental movement patterns we use day-to-day, to assess your strengths and weaknesses.

I can then write a programme that suits you with regards to exercise and nutrition, that fits in with our sessions in the month. To help get the most out of each other we will be monitoring each stage as we go.

 

Programmes

Training needs to be periodised and challenging, with a programme you will see benefits straight away. A tailored programme will be used to improve weak points, help compensate an individuals imbalances whilst still focusing on the individuals goals.

Depending on your individual skills and goals; every programme needs to be different, whether you are thinking of exercising for the first time or have been for years. For the best results; consistency is key, following a plan can help challenge and work correctly the needs of the individual.
