I’m a client centred personal trainer that is here to guide you in your health, fitness and lifestyle. I endeavour to coach you, too desired results, and give you the tools to sustain them.

I want to help someone like you get stronger, improve the way you move and better your understanding of nutrition.

These are the foundations of any solid personal training approach, hopefully this is something I can help you with. I know from my own journey and from many clients, that all goals are possible when you put your mind to it, you just need someone to help you reach it.

My career journey started when I finished university after graduating with a BSc in Sports Science and struggled to find something that I was desperate to start a career with. I worked in a mundane job that I was content with; but was longing for a change, that was to invest in my own health for the better.

This resulted in exercising frequently in a gym (that I was never fond of), but I kept at it. The impact of exercise and fitness as a whole has dramatically changed for me; stemming from a sporting background playing basketball, football and rugby I have always exercised, but this was different.

I’ve always seen the competitive aspect of sport rewarding or appealing, more so than the physical benefits. This is what was different with the gym; it began to teach me, that like most things, there needs to be structure and a process to follow.

Once I started seeing improvements physically, I was hooked. Your effort dictates your results, it’s so fulfilling and that feeling stuck with me.

This led me to become a coach.

Regarding my job the above quote has always resonated with me for many reasons, as I feel it epitomises the personal training process. I’ve always tried to embody it as an approach to working with clients one-to-one.

To which now; I run a highly established Personal Training business that has been getting results for 10 years.

My clients are testament of the process.

Furthermore, it lead to the creation of Stanza Fitness which is based at 7 Trim Street, Bath. The gym has been succesfully delivering an outstanding community lead environment for 4 years.

I, like many, understand that exercise is a necesity, this is where I continue this journey with regards to my lifestyle, training and career.

My passions are centered around my family. I’m devoted to my Daughters and of course my Partner.

My interests come in forms of mostly ‘self improvement or further education’.

When I can, I want to read, learn and develop constantly.

Politics, Philosophy and Language are becoming; in particular, fond interests of mine. As well as that, I will forever remain an avid sport enthusiast and unfortuantely for most an Arsenal, Bath Rugby and Golf Fan.
