After joining the gym and spending a fair few months fumbling my way around the CV equipment and nearly giving myself a hernia in the squat rack, Ben came to my rescue.

Fat-loss was obviously my ultimate goal but to me it was also important to develop a training routine that I would enjoy rather than just endure.

Having trained with Ben for several years now, I can safely say that he has more than succeeded in helping me to achieve my goals.

Not only did he help me to drop 2 dress sizes but he totally transformed my attitude towards the gym.Training has become a hobby, something I look forward to, an outlet at times. To me - this is the real measure of an excellent personal trainer.

I started working with Ben as I needed to strengthen my legs as I had a lot of problems with my knees for many years. He put together a structured plan for me and really made a difference to my overall fitness and strength.

I then decided to run a half marathon, which after all of the knee problems was a big ask. However, with Bens knowledge and help this happened and I have now ran 6 half marathons and a marathon!
